Porials - Porials Pitch III

iSel Media was responsible for the end-to-end project management and execution of the event, ensuring that every element, from planning to on-ground delivery, worked seamlessly at scale.

Porials Pitch had evolved beyond a typical pop-up market. It had become a high-demand platform where vendors expected real sales and visibility, brands required structured engagement opportunities, and attendees expected a smooth, high-energy experience. At this level, the margin for error is minimal. Poor execution doesn’t just affect perception - it disrupts business, experience, and brand trust in real time.

We approached Porials Pitch III as a live operational system, not just an event. From the outset, we led coordination across all key stakeholders: Dulcie Boateng, vendors, sponsors, and production teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and a unified execution flow. This alignment allowed every moving part to operate with clarity and precision.

The venue itself was designed to support both movement and monetisation. Vendor placements were intentionally mapped to maximize visibility and foot traffic, while access points were structured to manage crowd inflow and outflow without friction. Distinct zones were created to allow the vendor market and stage experience to coexist without disrupting each other.

With a tight setup window, our team handled full ground preparation within days, overseeing installations, vendor layouts, and technical setups. When weather disruptions threatened the final build, we quickly reinforced key structures and revalidated all systems to ensure delivery remained uncompromised.

On event day, iSel managed real-time operations across every layer: crowd flow, access control, vendor coordination, stage management, and security alignment. Each element was continuously monitored and adjusted to maintain a consistent experience across the venue, even at peak capacity.

The result was a seamless execution at scale. Over 30,000 attendees were successfully managed at a single venue, with 100+ vendors actively trading in a structured, high-visibility environment. Transitions between vendor market activity and stage programming were smooth, brand presence was clear and engaging, and the entire experience ran without any major operational disruptions.

Beyond attendance, the event delivered where it mattered most. Vendors recorded strong sales performance, brands achieved meaningful interaction with attendees, and guests experienced a full-day environment that felt easy to navigate from entry to exit.

Porials Pitch III reinforced its position as more than a vendor market. It is now a high-impact cultural and commercial platform. For iSel, it demonstrated our ability to execute complex, high-volume events with precision, balancing culture, commerce, and experience in one environment while maintaining excellence under pressure.

At this level, success is not defined by turnout alone; it is defined by how well everything holds together when the pressure is highest. iSel didn’t just organise Porials Pitch III, we built a system that made it work.
