From a page to a presence
Burger King GhanaFrom Zero to Everywhere
When Burger King landed in Ghana, it came with global hype, but locally, it was starting from scratch. No audience, no conversations, no real quantifiable presence online. The job wasn’t just to show up. It was to matter.
Case study / Digital & community building
Burger King Ghana - From Zero to Everywhere
So we built the brand like a person, not a logo.
Burger King Ghana found its voice early: playful, witty, a little cheeky, and very in tune with how people actually talk. The comment section became just as important as the posts. We didn’t just drop content; we replied, bantered, and engaged. The brand showed up daily, not as a broadcaster, but as part of the conversation. Communicating with its community in matters that were important to them.
We also tapped into nano creators, people with real, tight communities who helped spark interactions that felt natural, not forced. Content was designed to travel: relatable, shareable, and always tied back to moments people care about.
It worked.
And the growth followed.
From zero, Burger King Ghana grew to 5,796 followers, reflecting a 2900% increase within the first year of activity. The page generated over 860K organic reach and 1.4M impressions, with continued growth through 2025 as content consistency and community interaction scaled. Online buzz translated into real-world results, from increased orders to rapid store expansion, growing from 1 to 11 stores across 3 regions.
What started as a page became a presence. And that presence became growth.
